I was wondering how easy a stock turbo should spin? These turbos have been sitting on this engine for years, so pulled the intake pipe to inspect. There is little to no play in the turbos so that's good. However both turbos are a little stiff when spinning. They spin smooth with no hangups, but they don't free spin either. Is a bit of resistance a good thing?
